These custom meal plans have helped my clients when they are learning how to eat for their vaginal health.

They include daily gut-friendly, anti-inflammatory, whole-food recipes that are low sugar, gluten-free, dairy-free, easy to make, and are nutritious, delicious, and good for your vaginal health!

  • Daily meal suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner, with snacks in between
  • Custom recipes for each meal
  • Custom grocery lists based on these recipes
