If you’re booking a call with me, it’s usually because something feels heavy, confusing, or urgent, and you don’t want to navigate it alone.
I offer one-on-one support calls for women dealing with both the physical symptoms and the emotional impact of ongoing vaginal and gut health challenges, including:
- Genital herpes (HSV-1, HSV-2)
- HPV
- Yeast infections
- Bacterial vaginosis (BV)
- UTIs
- Candida overgrowth
- Ongoing gut, vaginal health, or autoimmune-related concerns
Especially when the emotional side feels just as overwhelming as the physical symptoms - shame, anxiety, fear, stigma, uncertainty, or feeling disconnected from your body.
These calls are a private, discreet, judgment-free space where you can speak openly, ask questions, and be honest about what’s really going on - without having to explain yourself or minimize your experience.
Many women tell me this is the first time they’ve been able to talk about these things with someone who truly understands.
This call works best when…
You’re ready to engage, ask questions, and receive intentional, high-quality support - not reassurance loops or crisis management.
This call is for you if:
- You’ve recently been diagnosed with herpes or HPV and don’t know how to emotionally process it
- You’ve been living with a diagnosis for a while but still feel stuck, ashamed, anxious, or unsure how to move forward
- You’re dealing with recurring vaginal infections and feel frustrated or confused about why they keep happening
- You want personalized guidance for your specific situation - not generic advice
- You’re navigating disclosure, dating, sex, or relationships and want grounded support
- You feel disconnected from or mistrustful of your body after repeated symptoms or diagnoses
- You’re overwhelmed by conflicting information and want clarity
- You’re considering working with me and want help choosing the most aligned next step
This call is for women who need both emotional support and practical guidance - and want help understanding how these issues are affecting their confidence, self-worth, and life.
A note about herpes support & Integrate
While many 1:1 calls are booked for herpes support, not everyone who books a call needs herpes-specific support.
If you do need herpes support and your challenges are primarily emotional - shame, fear, nervous-system dysregulation, identity shifts, or self-trust - my Integrate program is specifically designed for women living with herpes who want deeper, longer-term emotional integration and regulation.
Many women choose to complete Integrate first, and then book a 1:1 call for personalized clarity afterward.
What happens during the call
There’s no script and nothing you need to prepare.
This is a grounded, real conversation where we explore:
- what’s been happening for you
- what feels most distressing or confusing right now
- possible root causes and patterns
- how this has affected your confidence, sexuality, or relationships
- what you need to feel calmer, clearer, and more supported
I’ll listen, reflect, and help you make sense of what’s going on so you don’t feel alone or overwhelmed.
If helpful, I’ll also walk you through your options and recommend the most aligned next steps - whether that’s a guide, program, or further 1:1 support. Nothing is forced.
How most women feel after the call
Women often leave feeling:
- calmer and more regulated
- seen, heard, and understood
- less ashamed and less alone
- clearer about what’s happening in their body
- confident about next steps
- relieved to finally have a plan that makes sense
Sometimes one conversation is enough to break the spiral.

A note from me
I know how isolating, personal, and overwhelming vaginal health struggles can feel - especially when stigma, dating, sex, and self-worth are layered on top.
You are not alone. And when you’re ready to talk, I’m here.
Hi, I’m Adrienne, the Yoni Nutritionist
For more than half of my life, I struggled with my own vaginal health: chronic yeast infections, BV, UTIs, HPV (including cervical dysplasia), genital herpes, and candida overgrowth.
At my lowest points, I genuinely wished I could get a new vagina.
What made it harder was feeling completely alone - until I realized how many women were quietly going through the same thing.
That realization is what fuels the work I do today: helping women break free from the exhausting vaginal health spiral and move forward feeling informed, empowered, and confident again.
Healing isn’t just about diet.
It’s also about mindset, nervous-system regulation, and self-trust.
And that’s exactly where I can support you.

Is this therapy?
No. This is not therapy, and I am not a therapist.
This call is a supportive, educational, and guidance-based conversation rooted in lived experience, holistic nutrition training, and over seven years of supporting women through vaginal health challenges.
What I do offer is:
- a safe, non-judgmental space to talk openly about things that are often hard to say out loud
- grounded feedback and perspective based on my own lived experience with herpes, HPV, recurrent infections, and candida overgrowth
- personalized guidance informed by my nutrition training and years of coaching women through these exact struggles
- emotional support, validation, and clarity - which for many women is deeply healing in itself
Many women find this call powerful because they’re finally talking to someone who actually gets it - not someone they have to educate, explain themselves to, feel ashamed around, or feel dismissed by.
This is not talk therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. If you’re looking for psychotherapy or clinical mental health care, this call would not be the right fit.
If you’re looking for understanding, clarity, emotional relief, and practical next steps from someone who has lived this and supported hundreds of women through it, this call can be incredibly supportive.
Is this medical advice?
No. This call provides education, guidance, and support based on lived experience and holistic vaginal health principles. It is not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis.
