Hi, I'm Adrienne, the Yoni Nutritionist.

I know how it feels to go through the emotional rollercoaster of vaginal health issues - feeling hopeless, helpless, anxious, depressed, thinking it would never get better, that my vagina is cursed and my sex life is doomed forever.
