We're in this Together!

Being a part of a community of other HSV+ people is one of the best ways to feel supported, seen, heard, and understood when you are navigating the never-ending journey that comes with a herpes diagnosis, and feeling confident in yourself again.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Hi, I'm Adrienne, the Yoni Nutritionist!

I've lived with herpes (HSV-2) for over 20 years and if there is anyone who you can trust to support you on your journey of feeling confident in your HSV diagnosis, it's ME!

One of the things that helped me through the most difficult times of my diagnosis was being part of a community with other HSV+ people.

It showed me that I wasn't alone, especially when I realized that other people had the same feelings, thoughts, emotions, around their diagnosis as I did.

Talking to people about it helped me end the shame and stigma I felt within myself for a long time, and helped me feel more confident in myself with my diagnosis.

It helped even more when I learned about things I could do to manage my outbreaks, prevent transmission to partners, have confident disclosure conversations, and be able to enjoy my sex life again!

The journey of living with herpes is a life-long one and it can be different for everyone.

Being a part of a supportive community of other HSV+ people where you feel seen, heard, and understood will help make that journey easier for you!

I've been supporting HSV+ people for the past 5 years in my work as the Yoni Nutritionist, and if there is anyone you can trust to guide you on your journey of living with herpes, it's me!

Frequently Asked Questions

When and where are the monthly group support calls?

The group support calls are on ZOOM and will be held on the FIRST SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH.

What time are the monthly group support calls?

It's always tricky to find the best time that works for everyone, especially when people are in different time zones, all over the world, and have different schedules!
I'm in the EST time zone, and the monthly group support calls on the first Saturday of every month will be at 11am my time.

But this can be adjusted depending on the needs and availability of the group members who will be attending the calls!

We will chat about this in the Facebook group the week before the call, to confirm the attendance of people who will be joining and we can make adjustments if need be.

What if I cannot attend one of the monthly support group calls?

That's okay, life happens! I will record every session and post it in the Facebook group afterwards so you can still benefit from all the info we share.

What else do I get with the group membership?

Access to all the beneficial HSV+ info I share exclusively in the group, the ability to connect with other members of the community, and so much more! It'll be worth it, trust me!

What if I want to cancel my membership?

That's totally okay! There is no commitments and you can cancel at any time! You will be billed once/month (the first payment is made when you sign up), and you will just be billed for the month you pay for.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my membership?

No, there are no refunds.
You will just pay for the month of the billing cycle, then you won't be charged anymore after that.

What if I don't use Facebook, can I still join?

YES BUT...you need to join the group to get all the beneficial info and support that you're paying for! If you don't use Facebook you can simply set up a "burner" profile and join the group anonymously.
