Hi, I’m Adrienne, the Yoni Nutritionist!

Over twenty years ago, I was diagnosed with HSV-2 (genital herpes), and it completely changed how I saw myself, my body, my sexuality, and my future.

I still remember sitting in the doctor’s office, holding my results, overwhelmed and asking myself, “Why me?”
